With the optimism, hope, and excitement of the new year fueling us as we make our resolutions, it can be easy to set unrealistic goals that are near impossible to achieve. When we set goals and make resolutions that we are not able to fulfill, it can lead to disappointment, discouragement, and self-doubt.
