The holidays bring feelings of joy, excitement, and togetherness. With the abundance of gatherings with family and friends, the anticipation of gift-giving, and the promise of cherished traditions, there is so much to look forward to. However, this whirlwind of activities and events can also lead to unwanted feelings of pressure and stress. We often have very high expectations for the holidays and feel immense pressure to meet these expectations. What is supposed to be enjoyable and create feelings of happiness, can easily become a daunting checklist that seems impossible to finish in time.
