When we’re feeling lonely, it can be hard to find the motivation to go out and be social. While, it’s normal to need alone time to recharge, especially if you are more introverted, it’s important to try your best to be social, even when you don’t feel like it. Surrounding yourself with your support system or making an effort to meet new people can help you feel more connected and promote a sense of belonging.
